Use
In this IMG activity, you can define the linkage of external documents to the system.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Enter the desired Internet addresses and set the Active indicator for the Internet address for which you wish to activate the linkage of external documents.
Also enter the role in Collaboration Folders (cFolders) to which the users belong there. For example, this can be a role in cFolders corresponding to the role SAP_CFX_USER. Each user who works with the cFolders system is provided with initial access to the cFolders system on the basis of this role.
However, if you assign different roles to individual cFolders users and do not wish to use this default role, proceed as described in the technical configuration notes in the documentation for the Business Package for Buyer.
You must also enter the system alias with which the remote accessing of cFolders takes place. You can determine this system alias for the cFolders system in the transaction Configuration of RFC Connections (transaction code SM59). Take the system alias for the cFolders system from this transaction. If no entry for the connection to the cFolders system exists there, first create an entry there and then enter it in this IMG activity.
Note that always just one Internet address may be activated.
