Use

In this Customizing activity, you enter condition types that are relevant to the security deposit contract and that carry information about the amounts of the security deposit for the following payments:

  • When the tenant pays the security deposit to the owner of the rental object
  • When the owner of the rental object pays the whole or a certain percentage of the security deposit to the corresponding autonomous community
