Use
In this Customizing activity, you define a path from accounting documents to the parcel of land.
For each accounting document, there is a controlling object assigned. If the controlling object is not a parcel of land object, you must define the path from the accounting document to the parcel of land object type so that the system can identify the corresponding cadastral reference number.
The identification of the cadastral reference number is needed so that the system can insert the real estate records grouped by business partner and cadastral reference number in the annual operations report. You can generate the report using the Annual Operations Report (Spain) report.
Note:
When you enter the steps of the path, consider the following:
- You can enter only a maximum of 4 steps.
- Do not enter the parcel of land object type as the last step. You only need to enter the steps that precede the parcel of land.
