Use
If you want to use condition types from purchasing contracts in SAP ECC in sales orders from SAP CRM, you need to make the appropriate entries in this IMG activity.
Enter the appropriate condition types that should be used in the SAP CRM sales order.
Note: A direct data transfer of conditions in a purchasing contract (application M in SAP ECC) to SAP CRM is not possible. Therefore, you must transfer the conditions to the application BBP (SAP CRM) first. A mapping of the condition types from application BBP (SAP CRM) to application CRM (SAP CRM) can then take place. You can find further information in the SAP CRM Implementation Guide (IMG) under Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing in the Business Transaction -> Define Mapping for Condition Types from Application BBP to Application CRM.
Requirements
The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
- SAP CRM
In condition object DNL_CUST_CNDALL for the SAP ECC application M (purchasing), you have adjusted the appropriate filters for the download of condition customizing that enable the download of application M to application BBP. These filters usually ensure that this download is not possible
- SAP ECC
You have made appropriate entries (in other words, you have entered the required condition types) in the table CND_MAPC_PASS_UA for the delta download of the purchasing contract condition records from SAP ECC to SAP CRM
- SAP CRM
You have defined a mapping of the condition types from application BBP (SAP CRM) to condition types from application CRM (SAP CRM). The condition types from application BBP (SAP CRM) correspond to those in application M (purchasing) in SAP ECC. You can define the mapping in the customizing table CND_MAPC_CRM_BBP. You can find further information in the SAP CRM Implementation Guide (IMG) under Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Pricing -> Pricing in the Business Transaction -> Define Mapping for Condition Types from Application BBP to Application CRM.
- To start an initial download, you must have created the download objects for the condition tables in SAP CRM.
- You have set up the customizing for pricing.
