Use

In this Customizing activity, you enter the condition group you defined for the contract type you use for the subsidizable rent calculation. After that, enter service charge condition types and assign each of them to the condition type of subsidizable rent. For each condition type, you specify a validity period and a subsidy category.

Note:

Define a condition type for the basic rent in a separate row but do not assign it to any subsidy category.

Requirements

You have made the following settings:

  • Defined your condition types for your real estate contracts and a condition type of subsidizable rent in the Customizing activity Define Condition Types
  • Defined condition groups and assigned the condition types to them in the Customizing activity Define Condition Groups and Assign Condition Types

    Choose the Statistical condition purpose for the condition type used for subsidizable rent calculation, and a non-statistical condition purpose for the other condition types.

  • Defined subsidy categories in the Customizing activity Define Subsidy Categories
