View Authorizations for Personnel Administration Data
Use
HCM authorizations are very complex. The transfer programs have embedded HCM authority checks in them, so it can be beneficial to verify the authorizations you have for selecting and transferring PA data. If you do not have the correct authorizations, and try to run the transfer program, the system does not select (or deletes) the data that you do not have authorizations for. The system logs this information.
Integration
The transfer program uses the PNPCE logical database and the standard HCM authorizations. As there are performance issues associated with checking authorizations, you can use a special TDMS HCM authorization object. TDMS4HCM: Control of AUTHORITY-CHECK allows you to determine authorization levels.

You must have the appropriate authorizations. You use this activity to determine if you have the appropriate authorizations.
