The planned processing time in the transfer order header is calculated from the total of the item processing times together with the setup time and the transport time for the transfer order.
The setup time refers to the processing time required by the picker to be able to pick up the picking papers in the shipping office before picking starts, and the time required to provide one or several picking containers.
The transport time refers to a simple definition of the time required to cover a particular transport path.
Example
A target time for the transfer order is to be determined for a transport from the fixed bin picking area (storage type 005) to the goods issue area (storage type 916). The following entry has been included in the table for controlling the performance data:

Now the item-independent target processing times for setup time and transport time should be maintained in the respective tables. You set the following configuration:

When the planned processing time in the TO header is calculated, 30 seconds is added accordingly as setup time to the total of item processing times, and 25 seconds is added as transport time.
Requirements
You must have the calculation of the planned processing time switched on in the profile for the performance data.

ACTIVITY&
Maintain the two tables for setup time and transport time for those movements for which a target or planned time is to be calculated. Make sure that the table also accesses the data in the tables generically:
- Access using complete entry
- Access with set source storage type and masked destination storage type
- Access with masked source storage type and set destination storage type
- Access with masked source storage type and masked destination storage type
- Access with masked source storage type and masked destination storage type, and initial WM movement type (for determination of setup time).
The masked entry should be '***'. Initial WM movement type means specification of SPACE.
Further notes
The determination of the setup time and the transport time for calculating the target/planned time is optional. If you only require the calculation of the planned processing time for the items and the totals for determining the planned processing time in the TO header, then you do not need to maintain the two tables.
