In this section, you can check several Customizing settings with regard to the decentralied WMS. In particular, you can check the following application-specific settings:

  1. A logical system must be defined in the client table.
  2. For the warehouse number entered, the system checks the reference to the central ERP system for the assigned storage locations and plants.
  3. If the central ERP system is an SAP system, the program checks the following Customizing definitions in the central system via RFC:
    1. Is decentralized processing active for the warehouse number entered?
    2. Is a stock transfer initiated in the decentralized WMS and can it be posted in the ERP system?

With regard to the distribution model, the following checks are carried out:

  1. For deliveries (object type "LIKP"), method "CONFIRMDECENTRAL" must be defined for the selected warehouse number.
  2. For inbound deliveries (object type "BUS2015"), method "CONFIRMDECENT" must be defined for the selected warehouse number.
  3. For goods movements (report posting changes/stock transfers/differences) (object type "BUS2017"), method "GOODSMOVEMENT" must be defined for the storage locations at plant level that are assigned to the selected warehouse number.

If the program does not find any inconsistencies, all traffic light symbols on the subsequent overview are set to GREEN.
