You can link an external WMS to a central ERP system. Normally, all business processes, including inventory management, are carried out in the ERP system. All processes necessary for goods movements, warehousing and distribution, are performed in the decentralized WMS.
In this section, you define the storage locations at plant level which will be used for inventory management.
Example
You activate an ERP system for storage location "0001" in plant "0001". As a result, this storage location is linked to inventory management in the ERP system.
