The following roles are implemented for SAP Business Workflow:

SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_ADMIN    Workflow system administrator

SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_CONTROLLER    Process controller for Business Workflow

SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_DEVELOPER    Workflow developer

SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_PROCESS    Business Workflow implementation team

SAP_BC_SRV_USER    User for workflow, communication, etc.

Recommendation

Names for your own roles cannot start with the prefix SAP or a namespace prefix defined by you.

Activities

  1. Check the roles supplied.
  2. Define new roles for the individual user groups according to your requirements. Use the sample roles provided.
  3. Generate the authorization profile from the role.
