In this step, you define conditions that the system uses to determine Brazilian tax rules for purchases and incoming transfers of materials to which a material tax group has been assigned.

In addition, you have to specify the following:

  • In the case of "backwards sub. trib.," the percentage of liability for the vendor's "ICMS" payment.
  • In cases where "refinery sub. trib." applies to the purchase or incoming transfer of anhydrous alcohol, the name of the product that the anhydrous alcohol is mixed with. The acquisition price defined for this product is then used in the "sub. trib." calculation.
