Two-step transfers involve the issue of material from one plant to another where the material is held "intransit" until received at the second plant. Excise duty rates may change during the transfer.

"Plant" refers to the receiving plant, where the issues and receipts are reconciled and where a gain/loss is calculated.
In this step, you define only plant-specific tolerance levels. For material-specific gain/loss tolerances for two-step plant-to-plant transfers choose Maintain material-specific tolerances.
