In this menu option, you determine the event types. The event type is the prerequisite for event processing during scheduling, loading confirmation and delivery confirmation.

When you create the event type, you can determine whether the following can, must or cannot be assigned during event processing:

  • Documents
  • Vehicles
  • Shipment items

You can also enter an event document type for an event, which then serves as a default value during event processing.

  1. Enter an event type and enter a short description of it.
  2. Determine whether the assignment of documents, vehicles and shipment items can be made, has to be made or is not allowed.
  3. Assign an event document type to the event.
