Table TOIGS5
In this table you can define the point at which the system will display a warning or an error message for overdelivery or underdelivery of product at delivery confirmation.
You can define TD tolerances in both physical quantity and in percentage of the amount that should have been delivered. The tolerances can be defined according to the action type, shipment type, vehicle type, product group, reason code and loading plant.
Example
For particularly expensive product transported in smaller quantities, you might define a lower tolerance level for underdelivery (material loss) than for a cheaper, bulk product. You might define the tolerance level for the expensive product as 15% and the tolerance level for the cheaper product as 25%.
If the reason given for the underdelivery is "customer unavailable", you might define a higher tolerance level, e.g., the full delivery amount.
