Table TOIGS

The bulk shipment type is a means of grouping together different shipments according to their characteristics and determines the way in which each shipment is processed. In this table you define characteristics for each shipment type:

  • internal and external number ranges relevant to the shipment
  • document category and screen sequence group
  • vehicle mode of transport to be used
  • whether or not vehicle meters will be used
  • the compartment load indicator
  • type of compatibility checks to be carried out, if any
  • whether or not balancing of load deliveries is required
  • whether or not partial delivery is allowed in the shipment
  • the scheduling UoM in both weight and volume and which of these two is to be displayed during the transaction
  • the intransit posting group for the shipment type
