Use

In this activity, you make all the settings required to adapt the SAP tasks and SAP workflows delivered for appointment requests to meet your requirements. Only execute this activity if you want to use the scenario Workflow for Appointment Requests that is delivered by SAP.

Requirements

Ensure that the Customizing for the application component WFM (Workflow Management) has been carried out completely.

Perform the activity Activate inbound processing for appointment requests.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose Assign agents for the task Process responses to appointment requests.
  2. The tasks should be maintained as general tasks.
  3. Choose Back.
  4. Choose Activate event linkage.
  5. The event APPOINTMNT_REPLY should be set for the task Set participant status.
  6. Activate the link.

    By activating type linkages, you define which of the specified links you actually want to use.

  7. Save.

Note

In the implementation phase of this IMG activity, you have the opportunity to set up all tasks and workflows that you are going to use. It is, however, also possible to execute the required steps later from the task definition or workflow definition.
