You can add your own additional fields to cost element master data. The following SAP enhancement is available for this purpose:
COOMKA01 cost element: customer-specific additional fields in the master record.
This enhancement includes the following enhancement components:
- EXIT_SAPLKMA4_001
CO-OM customer exit for PBO of customer-specific subscreen "0399" in SAPLKMA4.
- EXIT_SAPLKMA4_002
CO-OM customer exit for PAI of customer-specific subscreen "0399" in SAPLKMA4.
Activities
- Create the enhancement
For this purpose, either create a new project or use an available project.
- Activate the project.
Your enhancement only becomes effective through activation.
Further notes
Unlike modifications, enhancements are generally compatible with any release because they are not part of the SAP original and reside in a namespace reserved for the customer.
Information on the procedure when using enhancements can be found in the enhancement transaction CMOD under "Utilities -> Online manual" in the section "Function Exits".
