You must have maintained a project profile, a costing sheet and an overhead key.
Further notes
The costing sheet and overhead key are stored as default values in the control data in the project definition. When you create a new project, you can use the default values or change them in the application. To do the latter, go to the WBS element overview and choose Detail -> Control.
