Use

In this step, you start report to delete the actual data (line items, totals records) in PS Cash Budget Management. You delete the actual data for one FM area or restrict it to the company code.

Deletion may be time dependent

  • You can delete the actual data for all fiscal years, or
  • You can delete the actual data for a restricted timeframe

For selective deletion of line items, enter a fiscal year up to and including which you want to delete the data.

Reportparameter

  • FM area (required entry)
  • Company code (optional)
  • Delete all fiscal years or a fiscal year (delete selectively)
  • Checkbox for applications (MM data, FI data, payment transfer, funds reservation)

Output

  • Test run: Number of line items to be deleted
  • Update run: Number of deleted line item document headers per component

For technical reasons, the statistical evaluation in the test run and update run is based on differing criteria.

Requirements

PS Cash Management must be active.

For security reasons you saved your data before deleting.
