In this step, you make the system settings required to call up the structure overview for earned value analysis.
You can branch from the structure overview to individual overviews. The individual overviews, however, do not display any values for earned value analysis.
The profile contains various settings and subprofiles. You can maintain these:
- in the other Customizing steps for the information system
- directly in the profile
Position the cursor on the profile you want to maintain and press Edit profile/variant.
Settings
The values for the settings determine how the selected objects are displayed in the overviews, for example, the width of the object and field columns and whether the objects are displayed with short texts.
Subprofiles
The subprofiles contain profiles for fields that are to be displayed as well as profiles for grouping and sort criteria.
The subprofiles are default values that you can change in the information system at any time.
Filter criteria
You can enter different variants for filtering the selected objects on the structure overview and the individual overviews:
- The criteria for the general filter are predefined by SAP, for example, person responsible, dates, duration or work.
- In addition, you can save variants for user-defined filters.
- The status filter contains a selection profile.
- With the object filter, you can only filter by short texts and identifiers on the structure overview.
Highlighting
You can enter different variants to highlight on the overviews:
- General highlighting is predefined by SAP.
- In addition, you can enter variants for user-defined highlighting.
- Highlighting for status refers to the status.
Objects which can be displayed
You can only maintain objects for the structure overview profile.
Here you determine the objects which are displayed on the structure overview, for example, internally processed activities and capacity requirements.
Default Settings
In the standard system, profiles are available for the structure overview.
Recommendation
You should use the SAP default settings first. In this case, you do not have to carry out any actions.
Actions
Maintain a profile, if necessary.
