In this step, you define for each user the printer from which an output type is printed.
This is only relevant to the output types with the print parameter U.
Example
For user XYZ, the goods receipt slips are to be output from printer LT01 and the goods receipt labels from printer LT02.
For user XYZ, you define output device LT01 for output type WE01 and output device LT02 for output type WEE1.
Requirements
You can only maintain printer determination for output types with print parameter U (user). Check on the detail screen for output type whether this is the case.

Activities
For each user, define the printer from which each output type should be printed.
Also maintain the printout specifications (for example, delete spool request after printing).
Further notes
Alternatively, you can print an output from the printer defined in the user master record. To do so, the print parameter S must be maintained in the output type.
