In this step, you specify attendance types (business event attendance or instructor function) that are incompatible with attendance and absence types in Time Management (PT).
Any persons for whom one of the specified absence type records exists during the business event period are not allowed as instructors or attendees when you plan events or book attendance.
Example
You can specify the following incompatible absence types for attendees:
- Leave
- Illness with doctor's certification
Standard settings
The entry $$$$ in the Attendance/Absence type field stands for days off according to shift plan. This means that a person is not allowed as an attendee or an instructor on a day off.
Activities
Enter the absence types that are incompatible with event attendance or instructor function.
Notes
The settings affecting instructor function are only relevant if you use integration with Training and Event Management.
