In this step, you make settings for the formatting of notes in the editor and in print. For each combination of object type, infotype, and subtype, you specify 2 forms and 2 styles (one for screen display and one for the printout).
Example
For the combination "All object types/Relationship/is attended by" you define the style HR_TEM1 and the form HR_TEM_NOTE_DISP for screen display, and the style HR_TEM1 and the form HR_TEM_NOTE_PRN for the printout.
Standard settings
The standard system delivers the entries for which the note function is allowed.
Note:
You may not change or delete the entries delivered by SAP in the standard system.
