Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) serves to implement a customer-specific connection in order to execute a macro when you call a WordContainer document in change mode.
Requirements
The document category is clearly defined as cross-institution and cross-client. The BAdI cannot take into account an institution or a version of a document category.
Standard settings
Activities
Under Filter Value, enter the document category that you want to execute a macro for in change mode.
By executing this implementation guide activity you create an implementation of the BAdI in the customer namespace. The implementation you have created does not however contain any program code for the method. Using Goto -> Example Coding, you will access the program code of the example method. You can use the clipboard to transfer the program coding to your own implementation. You then need to adapt it to your own requirements. The method UPDATE_DOCUMENT is contained in the interface of your implementation. You access the method's code by double-clicking and then you can complete the transfer of the example coding.
After you have executed the customer-specific supplements, you still have to activate the implementation.
You should note that a maximum of one implementation can be active.
