Use
In order to control the output of the lab data individually, you must first define a cumulative lab finding. You then assign the desired characteristics to the cumulative lab finding.
Standard settings
If you do not carry out any individual assignments, the system displays all released lab values of the defined groups and assigned services.
Activities
Make the required entries for institution and requesting OU. The requesting OU in this case is the OU which calls the cumulative finding. You may enter * in either or both of these fields, meaning then that the cumulative finding is then valid for all institutions and/or OUs.
Give an unambiguous identifier. This is then used when you assign and call from the document list.
This name is used to describe the cumulative finding and has no further significance for its further processing.
Possible Assignments
- Differentiated display of the analyses
You control the output of unreleased analyses or the selection of individual values in Customizing under the menu item Clinical System -> Clinical Documentation -> Lab Findings -> Control Cumulative Findings Output.
- Assignment of document categories to a cumulative finding
The system only displays the lab values of assigned document categories in cumulative findings. All lab data is entered in the document categories with document category type L, as a rule in document category N2_LABOR.
You can however output values from customer-specific document categories (e.g. for microbiology) in their own cumulative finding.
This assignment is performed under the menu item in Customizing: Clinical System -> Clinical Documentation -> Lab Findings -> Assign Document Categories to a Cumulative Finding. - Assignment of service groups to cumulative findings
Here, you can control which service groups are output in cumulative findings.
You specify the relevant groups in Customizing under the menu item Clinical System -> Clinical Documentation -> Lab Findings -> Specify Service Groups for Cumulative Finding.
This assignment is performed in Customizing under the menu item Clinical System -> Clinical Documentation -> Lab Findings -> Assign Service Groups to a Cumulative Finding. If you do not execute any assignments, the system will display all service groups.
