Formatting the MSI attribute values will call the BAdI ISHMED_RAD_CONVERT. For this, the DICOM data type of the attribute acts as a filter for the BAdI implementation.
The method CONVERT enables you to format values according to the project-specific request in the RIS PACS Communication.
Example
The sample implementation includes conversions for the filter values SH (Short String) and CS (Code String).

- In order to create a customer-specific BAdI implementation, you must execute the following steps:
Using the IMG activity, you can implement the BAdI in the customer namespace. This does not yet contain program code for the method(s). You can use the sample BAdI implementation as a template for your own development.
You must note that the customer-specific enhancements must be activated. Only one implementation can be active at one time.
