This group of findings sample documents comprises a general findings form an documents for the indication check and quality assurance of selected processes. You can find a list of the supplied document categories under Example.

You can also design process and service-related findings reports which are opened with the corresponding assignment in the findings work station when the Create Findings Document function is executed.

You assign all defined findings documents to the same status profile. You enter the same document type in the document category definition.

Example

Sample Document Category    Version    DocCatTyp    Description

N7RADKAP    001    M    Radiology General Findings Form

N7RADKRTH1    001    M    RAD: Indication for Chest X-Ray (QS)

N7RADCTTH1    001    M    RAD: Indication for Chest X-Ray (QS)

Activities

Note: With the procedure described, it is not possible to automatically merge existing document categories with supplied sample documents. Existing document categories must be maintained manually.

You should note that the sample documents are delivered in the BC set ISH_N2_PMD_RAD. Follow the directions in the documentation on the BC set.

To create a new findings document, you copy the sample document category into the customer namespace. You proceed as follows:

  1. You define or change the status network for the new document category.
  2. You transport the sample document to the target client.
    1. You log on to the target client.
    2. You call the report RN2UTDTM2.
    3. You make the necessary source and target entries and select the transport variant Document Category with Element List and Abstract Design. You start the report with Execute (F8).
    4. All transported document categories are now available in the target client.
You can find further information in the report documentation.
  3. You create the project-specific findings document.
    1. We recommend you copy the sample document into the customer namespace to keep it independent from modifications in the standard version. You use transaction N2T5 and copy the abstract design and the element list. You use the Preset function in the Abstract Design: Copy Documentation Element screen and change the name of the master element. You then receive all attributes of the sample document. You enter the document category which corresponds to your status network in the document category definition.
    2. You adapt the document category to suit your requirements.
    3. You transfer and, if necessary, adapt the sample code from the PMD exits.
    4. You select Element List ->Table Maintenance and generate the dialog application.
  4. You declare your findings document categories to the radiology work station.
    1. You enter the document category and version of your general findings document in the IS-H*MED IMG under IS-H*MED: Radiology -> IS-H*MED RAD (RIS) -> Maintain Parameters -> Maintain General Parameters as the parameters RBF_DTID and RBF_DTVERS.
    2. If you have designed a procedure-related findings document, e.g. CT findings, you maintain the document category-OU assignment (transaction N2E4) and enter D for Radiological Findings Document as the Internal Use of Document Category.

In IS-H*MED RAD a radiological procedure refers to a performing OU; e.g. the CT service facility represents all CT images/examinations. The procedure-related findings document is opened in the findings work station, if the examination for which findings should be created was performed in the assigned OU. When creating the document the user can also select a different document category. If you wish to document for specific procedures, you can currently only document same-procedure examinations in one findings report.
