This BAdI enables the customized link of a DICOM Image Viewer.
In the standard version, the ActiveX components Study Stub (IshmRccLSStub.ocx) and Load Study Server (ISHMLSServer.exe) as well as the Viewer-Specific Driver, the communication between the RCC (RIS Communication Client) and the Viewer. Activating the customer enhancement can override the standard version and an individual coupling will then be implemented.

Recommendation
Activities
- If you use the standard control of the DICOM Viewer via the ActiveX components, then no customer enhancement is necessary.
Further notes
A dialog supports the triggering of the loading and displaying of the DICOM images in the RCC. For this, a driver must be implemented based on the specific project. A requirement for this is that the relevant program interfaces (API) are accessible to the viewer. You can obtain specifications for this from the corresponding supplier.
