In the release shipped, there are sample documents which you can copy from the import client 000 for a test client or productive client and then generate there.

  1. Log into the client 000.
  2. Call the ABAP program execution (transaction se38).
  3. Enter the name of the transport program RN2UTDTM.
  4. Enter the Institution, the Document Category as well as the Version Number and then enter the Destination Client and the Destination Institution.
  5. After transporting from client 000 to the Test Client or the Productive Client, you then log on to this client.
  6. Navigate through the menu using the following menu option:
  7. Hospital --> Basic clinical data --> Clinical documentation --> Document definition --> Document category --> Change
  8. For a document category, please enter the desired document category that is to be generated.
  9. In the window Application for the Function, press the button Detail.
  10. Call the Element list.
  11. Now when you are queried, select Do not update.
  12. You are now in the Element List. Now call the Table Maintenance.
  13. Generate the table by clicking the button "Generate Table".
  14. Activate the table, by clicking the button "Activate Table".
  15. If necessary, branch to the next table and generate or activate this until the message "The table structure is o.k." appears.
  16. With the Back button, return to the Element List.
  17. Click on the button Dialog + Print, in order to generate this.
  18. Call the Layout Control, in order to check whether the generation ran successfully.
