Use
When you create a clinical order, the system will produce a selection list of order types. You can structure this selection list using tab pages. Each tab page can group together order types which are either medically or organizationally related.
With this activity, you define which tab pages should structure the order type selection list.
Note:
- The order type selection list will appear before the entry dialog box. You can activate it for specific institutions using the system parameter N1VKGTPA or for specific users with the user parameter of the same name N1VKGTPA.
- The tab pages will only appear in the order type selection list, if you have assigned the tab pages to the initiating organizational unit.

Activities
These tab pages are Contexts (from the system's point of view). You define the contexts which can be used as tab pages in the order type selection list.
In the Context field you enter an ID. This ID will only be used internally. It will not be visible to users. After saving, you cannot change the content of the Context field.
The user will see the content of the Abbreviation field as the tab page label.
You enter a description of the context in the Description field.
To structure the order type selection list, you select the Context field. This indicates that the context is a potential tab page in the order type selection list.
You set the Deletion Indicator when you no longer require the context.
All other fields are irrelevant to the definition of tab pages for the order type selection list.
Example
You wish to divide the order types in the selection list into two groups which should appear as tab pages: order types for surgeries and order types for conservative treatment.
You simply define two contexts:
- Surgical
- Conservative
