Use

You can use this IMG activity to define

  • after how many days the system should complete situations and
  • after how many days the system should delete completed situations.

This setting is valid for situations which have the value Corresponding to Customizing Work Area entered as the life cycle in their situation templates.

Requirements

Standard settings

If you do not enter a value for an application area but enter the value Corresponding to Customizing Work Area for situation templates for the life cycle, the system will then use the value 14 (= 14 days)for both values.

Activities

Example

In the Outpatient Clinic work area, situations are to be automatically completed by the system seven days after they were last processed. Completed situations should be physically deleted after one month.

In Customizing, the values 7 and 30 are entered for the Outpatient Clinic (OUTP) work area.
