In this activity you determine variables centrally for the information system. You can use global varibles in all forms and reports.
Variables provide a more flexible setup of forms and reports and represent column and row structures. They are parameters that are determined only when a report is defined or executed by a user making entries in the fields of a dialog box.
Standard settings
Global variables begin with "&". SAP defined variables have a number in the second position.
Aktivitäten
You define new variables by entering the variable type and name. With the variable type you determine how you want to use the variable:
- As a variable for a characteristic value
- As a variable for a text
- As a variable for a formula
Once the data is released, the fields are displayed in which you make your entries.
