Description
Table OIAMP
A reference plant can be used in a pricing user-exit function. It serves a purpose for 'pure exchange plants' with no physical inventory, where the reference plant can be used for valuation purposes to find a fair material value. In this case, the 'meaningful' price of the material in the reference plant replaces the actual material price in the 'pure exchange plant' during a goods receipt.
In this table, you can assign a price reference plant to a plant/material/valuation type combination.
You can assign more than one reference plant to a plant/material/ valuation type combination. In this case you would use the sequence number in the customizing view to rank them.
You can use any valid plant/material/valuation type combination, including blanks to assign a reference plant.
