The table also controls the output of condition lines during the printing of order confirmations and invoices, for example.

The fee total condition should not be allocated to be a process key, because it does not require account assignment.

Accounts are assigned at fee detail level.

Any account assignment to the fee total condition type is ignored during the invoicing transaction.
