These tasks, as with all the SAP tasks supplied, are not classified in the standard version.

Recommendation

Activities

Execute the IMG activity and choose Assign agents to tasks. You have the following options:

  • Classify a task as a general task
    1. Select a task and choose Properties.
    2. Select General task and confirm the change.
  • Assign possible agents to the task group

    The possible agents assigned to the task group are passed on to all the tasks, workflows and tasks groups in the task group.

    1. Select the task group and choose Create agent assignment.
    2. Choose a suitable possible agent. This possible agent may include several users, depending on the choice you make.
  • Assign possible agents to a task explicitly
    1. Select a task and choose Create agent assignment.
    2. Choose a suitable possible agent. This possible agent may include several users, depending on the choice you make.
