In this step, you specify the controlling type and controlling level for combination consisting of a transaction type and a service organization (and the responsible service organization) for a certain validity period. If you selected single-object controlling as the controlling type, you also specify the controlling scenario.

Example

Requirements

The internal order is created with the order type SAPS. This exists in client 000 in standard Customizing. Make sure that this order type is available in all clients in which internal orders will be created, such as test and production clients.

Note the following with single-object controlling:

You must have created a controlling scenario under Settings for Single-Object Controlling.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter the required data and choose a controlling type and controlling level.
  3. Choose Enter.

    If you chose single-object controlling as the controlling type for a combination:

    1. Select the row containing this combination.
    2. Double-click on controlling scenario in the structure tree.
    3. Assign a controlling scenario to this combination.
  4. Save your entries.
