In this step, you specify
- which screens you assign to a work center category
- the sequence in which the SAP System should display the screens
- whether scheduling types and cost elements are maintained
- whether the maintenance of the screens is mandatory
Example
You can choose between the following screens:
- basic data
- default values for the activity
- capacities
- scheduling
- cost center assignment
- technical data
- position in hierarchy
- assignment to the HR system (for people and qualifications)
Note
- Basic data must always be the first screen in the sequence.
- Leave out functions that you are not using. For example, you do not need capacity planning when maintaining master data for the work center category. This simplifies the maintenance of master data.
Default Settings
In the standard system, a screen sequence is predefined for work center category 0006 - project management.
Actions
Specify the screen sequence for each work center category.
