In this section, you develop the enhancements for External Services Management.

The following SAP enhancements are available for external services:

  • SRVDET            User screen on tabstrip of service detail screen
  • SRVEDIT            Control of service list (maintenance/display)       
  • SRVESI            Data conversion: Entry sheet/interface
  • SRVESKN            Set account assignment in service line
  • SRVESLL            Service line checks
  • SRVESSR            Set entry sheet header data
  • SRVEUSCR        User screen on tabstrip of entry sheet
  • SRVKNTTP        Setting of account ass. cat. during import if "U"
  • SRVLIMIT        Limit check
  • SRVMAIL1        Processing of mail before sheet is generated
  • SRVMSTLV        Conv. of data during import of standard specs.
  • SRVPOWEB        Purchase order for service entry on Web
  • SRVQUOT            Service export/import for RFQ/quotations
  • SRVREL            Changes to communication structure for release

Activities

  1. Either create a new project or use an existing one and then enter the enhancement.
  2. Activate the project

    The enhancement does not become effective until it has been activated.

Further notes

In contrast to modifications, enhancements are fundamentally release- insensitive because they are not implemented in the SAP original but in a name range that is reserved for customers.
