In this step, you make settings for storing printouts.

In this step, you define the document types.

Activities

  1. Perform the function.

    You go to a list of all document types.

  2. In change mode, choose Edit -> New entries.
  3. Enter the:
    1. Document type
    2. Long description
    3. Document category
    4. Status
      5. You use the status flag to define whether a document appears in the Business Document Navigator as a standard document (status flag is activated) or not (status flag is not activated).
  4. Choose Table view -> Save.

Further notes

Take account of the naming convensions. Names Y* and Z* are defined for new document types.

In this step, you define the links for storing the printouts in the optical archive.
