In this IMG activity, you maintain condition records. In other words, you enter actual values or percentage values for specific influencing factors in the relevant fields (e.g. case type).

You specify which fields are relevant when you define condition tables. Condition records are used for pricing in the Sales and Distribution component and are also used in the IS-h System.

Activities

To maintain condition records, proceed as follows:

  1. First specify the required condition type (e.g. NWBA), for which you want to enter data, in the Condition type field.
  2. Then choose a key combination (combination of relevant fields).
  3. The next screen contains the key fields of the condition records. You fill these with the values that identify the condition record.
  4. Save your entries.

Note

Ensure that the validity period of your condition records does not lie outside the validity period of the condition table (if you have specified a validity period for your condition table).
