In this IMG activity, you define statistical key figures and assign them to the statistical key figures in Controlling on an institution basis.
Define IS-H Key Figures
In the IS-H System, statistical key figures can either be determined for organizational units and posted to cost centers or calculated for cases and posted to case-based orders. Which procedure is used for a particular key figure is determined by its category.
When specifying a name for a statistical key figure, the only restriction is the first character. The name you use for a customer-specific statistical key figure must start with the character X, Y or Z. The key figures are calculated by a function module which you have to assign to the key figures. For customer-specific developments, you can copy the following function module and tailor this copy to satisfy your individual requirements.
- ISH_STATISTICAL_RATIO_OVIS for allocating outpatient visits to cost centers
To optimize the buffering of data in the various function modules for calculating the key figures, in the Seq. field you can specify a sequence in which the function modules should be called.
Notes
- Make sure you use the appropriate name ranges for statistical key figures. Customer-specific key figures must begin with the letters X, Y or Z.
- The function module for calculating key figures must have a predefined interface. For more information about this, refer to the documentation for module pool SAPLNHC2.
Assign the IS-H Key Figures to Controlling Key Figures
To enable the calculated key figures to be transferred into CO, you have to assign the IS-H key figures to CO key figures. You need to have already created the CO key figures in Controlling.
