In this activity you can create or maintain user tables.

If you do not use the majority of fields (dimensions) in a table, you can create your own user table. This user table contains only the dimensions you need for working with the flexible general ledger.

Activities

  1. From the menu bar, select "Edit" -> "New entries".
  2. Enter the name of the user table that you want to create, and the name of the table from which the fields are to be taken for your user table.
  3. If required, enter a description of your user table.
  4. Under the group header "Navigation", choose the pushbutton "Fields in the user table".
  5. On the next screen, choose "New entries" and enter the names of the fields that you want to include in your new user table.
  6. If you want the fields of your user table to appear in a certain order, enter the appropriate numbers in the "No." field.

    If, for example, the "account" field should be the first to appear in your user table, you must enter a 1 in the "No." field of the relevant line.

  7. To store your user table, choose "Table view" -> "Save".
