Further notes

If you cannot automatically create the group chart of accounts from the FS chart of accounts, you will need to define it manually. One reason for this might be that you do not want to use the FS chart of accounts delivered by SAP, and have not yet created one of your own. If this is the case, you should create the general ledger accounts manually. To do this you have the following options:

• Create the general ledger accounts in two steps in the General Ledger Accounting Implementation Guide in section G/L Account Creation.
• Create the general ledger accounts in the General Ledger Accounting main menu under "Master records".
