In this step you can upload PC file into the FS chart of accounts for consolidation.
Specifically in the R/2 RF-KONS system, an FS chart of accounts (such as the parent company's FS chart of accounts) can be created from the item tables and stored in a file.
Activities
Upload the new FS chart of accounts from the file.
If the file was created from the RF-KONS item tables, the item type, +/- sign and so on do not need to be manually edited. Only the sets for determining totals items may need to be redefined, since they are not copied.

Please note that the items used in the various customizing areas must be maintained.
