If changes in the FS chart of accounts occur when you already have entered values and posted financial statement items, item numbers should not be changed in the FS chart of accounts itself, but also in the totals table.
Actions
- For each FS item concerned, enter the new item number in the FS chart of accounts.
- Carry out the item number exchange in the database.
Further notes
If you have already posted the items to be changed, there is no guarantee that the totals table will match the journal entries, since item number exchange is not supported for journal entries.
