You can assign reasons for inclusion as well as exemption. In Company Maintenance, for example, an appropriate reason for exemption can be assigned to companies that, even though they belong to the subgroup, are not consolidated due to legal inclusion options or prohibitive rules.
Under this step you can add further reasons for exemption or inclusion (that are relevant to you) to the ones predefined in the system.
Standard settings
Legally required reasons for exemption (for Germany) are preset in the SAP R/3 standard delivery system.
Activities
- List the reasons why the companies of your consolidated entity should or should not be included in the consolidated financial statements.
- Check and, if necessary, add to the reasons for exemption already supplied.
