In this step, you define the report selection for consolidation. The report selection is a user-defined, hierarchical structure. Using the nodes of the structure, you can call up individual reports. You can store either the standard report selection for FILC or your own defined report selection.
Standard settings
The report selection FILC is preset in the standard SAP R/3 System.
Activities
- If needed, create a report selection using a new name.
- To define your own report selection, you can copy the report selection FILC. Use the step -> Copy. There you can simply mark the desired components of the FILC report selection and copy them to your own report selection.
- You can then modify your own report selection according to your specific needs. When modifying, you can delete or supplement the branches in the structure.
