In this step, you define reports according to your specific needs using the Report Writer or Report Painter functions.
The Report Writer and Report Painter are available for selection in the initial screen of Report Definition.
You should create reports for the application FI-LC in a library which uses table FILC as a reporting database.
Activities
- Determine which reports you need in addition to those already available in the standard SAP system.
- Define these reports in the Report Writer (and/or Report Painter) menu.
Notes on transports
You can manually include Report Writer objects (with any dependent objects) in a transport request under Utilities -> Transport. You can also export Report Writer objects to/import from external files, or copy Report Writer objects from an original client.
