In the archiving section of the application menu, you have the option of including archived data in reports. These reports can be run on data from both the archive and the database.
In this step, you specify which of the report groups that you defined for Report Writer and Report Painter reports can be used for archive reports. You can start reports in these groups directly from within archiving environment.
Standard settings
The report groups in the standard system can be used for archive reports.
Activities
Decide which of your report groups can be used for archive reports and specify these as follows:
- Specify FLC_OBJECT as the archiving object.
- Specify RW as the report type.
- Enter the name of the report group in the field "Program name"
- Leave the field "Archive selection active" empty.
