In this step, you define settlement profiles for settling assets under construction. You can store one profile in the Customizing definition of each asset company code. The system then uses this key when there is an asset under construction to be settled in that company code.

Standard settings

For the settlement of assets under construction, SAP delivers the settlement profile AI as a standard.

Activities

You can define individual settlement profiles, if required. To do this, you must set

  • the allowed receivers (assets, possibly cost centers)
  • the allowed settlement types (equivalence numbers, percentage rate)
  • default values
  • other parameters (document type)

  1. Assign a settlement profile to each of your company codes.
